William James Cellars Syrah, Santa Ynez Valley, CA - Fermented in open top 1 ton fermentors. Aged in 33% new oak barrels. Full bodied and rich with a mocha nose and a mouthful of sweet warm plums.
Watt’s Winery Reserve Syrah, Lodi, CA - With a first look at its' color of dark garnet, it indicates intensity! The scents of rose petals and sweet oak lead to robust black fruit flavors with thoughts of soy, cola and plum.
Pear Valley Special Edition Syrah, Paso Robles, CA - Robust nose of chocolate, spice and blackberries, with lightly floral and oaky notes. Palate is blackberry and currant on a firm toasty oak backbone. Flavors persist on the finish.
Indian Springs Vineyard Syrah, California - Rich garnet color and senses-filling aromatics, this Syrah is all anyone could desire of the grape and more. Flavors of cranberry and cassis on the palate with the balance of tannins and fruit needed in all great wines.
