Palio d' Asti's cooking classes continue!! September's theme is Tuscany! This is NOT a demonstration class- you do the cooking. Classes are taught by Chef/Owner Dan Scherotter and Pastry Chef Mimi Young. After cooking all chefs-to-be sit and enjoy the fruits of their labor while GM/Wine Director Juli Gregg pairs wines.
